Big School Birdwatch

For the past couple of weeks some of the children have been taking part in The RSPB Big School Birdwatch. The children have been conservation scientists and are helping The RSPB track the ups and downs of the population of birds across the country. This afternoon the children went outside to collect their data. The children suggested that they should be quiet and still so that they had the best chance of spotting some birds. The data we collected will be submitted this week, then at a later date the RSPB will share the results of our surveys so we can see how our research is contributing.
