Year 2 kicked off our Class Assembly’s today. They explained about the new way of learning in English, The Write Stuff and how we do experience lessons, then sentence stacking lessons before an independent write. They also shared some Maths, Science, PSHE & PE. We all learned about the Great Fire of London and how the conditions were ‘hot, dry & windy’! As you can see from their faces, they really enjoyed it. It was great to see so many parents coming into school for the first time in nearly three years and take part in the audience participation dance!
