The children are enjoying learning all about the Queen and why we are celebrating the Jubilee through fun activities and class based learning. The children have learnt the Queen is 96 years old and is 92 years older than them. They know the Queen’s favourite dog is a Corgi. The children made a Corgi collage. The Queen hobbies include Horse ridding, pigeon racing and her favourite football team is Arsenal.
The children have made thier own crown’s and flags. In class we had a picnic the children made thier own cucumber sandwiches. We even clapped 96 times! Our hands hurt a little! They enjoyed jumping on the bouncing on the bouncy castle.
