Today, in Reception we learnt about the Jewish celebration of Yom Kippur, where Jewish people ask for forgiveness and make up for something they have done wrong. We then talked about things we might need to say sorry for. We had some great ideas like “not eating my vegetables.” Or “not sleeping in my own bed.” We then wrote sorry notes in our independent learning time, which have gone home – why don’t you ask your child if they chose to write a note to you?
